Gracelink Foundation is a non-profit organization that has a simple goal: equipping the younger generation, underrepresented women, and vulnerable children with the leadership tools, humanitarian aids to thrive, lead themselves and, by extension, lead others.
We believe that to add value to others, you need to be a person of value.
Our approach empowers our beneficiaries to lead themselves and consequently live an impactful life through education, sponsorship, and mentorship.
To empower young people, under-represented women and vulnerable children to live purposeful and impactful lives through education, sponsorship, coaching and mentorship.
That every young person, under-represented woman and vulnerable child is empowered to live above stereotypes to become a person of value who adds value to others.

We don’t do things for people we equip people to do things for themselves and for others. True accountability brings about change and builds independence.

We lead with compassion, patience, and an unwavering belief in the dignity of every person. Grace is not just our name, it is how we operate.

We pursue the highest standard in every program, every partnership, and every interaction because the people we serve deserve nothing less.

We do what we say. Transparency and accountability guide everything we do from how we manage resources to how we show up for the people we serve.
GraceLink Foundation equips individuals and communities with the leadership, mentorship, and tools they need to rise, serve, and create lasting change.
We believe every young individual deserves the chance to reach their full potential. That’s why our programs focus on education, empowerment, and community development. From school supplies to teacher training, each project is designed with love and powered by your support.
Our work is built around four core pillars:

We develop confident, values-driven leaders equipped to make a meaningful difference in every sphere of life, from households to boardrooms to community halls.

Through intentional one-on-one and group mentoring, we connect people with experienced guides who invest time, wisdom, and genuine care into their growth.

We equip young people with skills, platforms, and confidence to own their futures and lead from right where they are.

We build stronger communities through participatory programmes that address real needs and create progress that lasts.
The Young Emerging Leaders Initiative (YELI) is Gracelink Foundation’s rural outreach program, bringing leadership training, inspiration, and mentorship to young people who are often left out of mainstream development programs.
We go to them. We train them. We stay with them through monthly YELI Support Groups that keep the momentum alive long after the outreach ends.
Because one visit can change a trajectory. A community can change a generation.
Thousands of young people in communities have the talent to lead; they just haven’t been given the room. YELI takes leadership education, mentorship, and opportunity directly to them.
