

Leadership is not a title — it is a practice. The Grace Link Foundation Leadership Training Program equips young people, women, and community members with the mindset, skills, and frameworks needed to lead themselves, lead others, and lead change.
Through workshops, bootcamps, and structured training sessions, participants learn how to set SMART Goals, manage time effectively, communicate with confidence, make sound decisions under pressure, and inspire others through servant leadership.
