Samuel Ekweghariri is an experienced energy executive, engineer, and entrepreneur with 25+ years of experience in upstream oil and gas engineering and operational leadership across North America and Africa. As founder and Chief Technology Officer of Kijeck Energy, Samuel consults with operators and investors on asset acquisitions, production optimization, and decarbonization strategy. He was previously Chief Operating Officer at SafeSpace California, where he led product development, engineering execution, and fundraising for the technology company bridging heavy industry and technology entrepreneurship. Samuel formerly held senior positions at International Oil Companies, where he was responsible for managing annual expenditures in the billions of dollars and leading production optimization programs that generated millions of dollars in annual cost savings. A Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with rigorous operational expertise, he draws from his experiences to fuel his belief that while policy plays a critical role in shaping society’s energy future, a successful and well-governed energy transition also requires deep technical expertise across both conventional and renewable energy. Samuel mentors future generations of professionals through United Way and Junior Achievement.

Obioma Levi-Johnson is a youth development advocate and certified leadership coach, speaker and trainer under the Maxwell Leadership. She is the co-founder of Gracelink Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and empowering youth and underrepresented communities by equipping them with tools to lead impactful lives through mentorship, leadership development, education, and  impactful programs. She has been an advocate for youth development programs for over two decades, focusing on developing emerging leaders with character, confidence, and competence to change the world around them. Dedicated to nation-building through people development, Obioma works with schools, communities, and stakeholders to unlock opportunities and empower youth to become the future leaders they were created to be. With nearly 20 years of experience in leadership positions in the oil and gas industry, energy transition, sustainability, policy and government relations, she has a unique lens to effect solutions that fuel economic empowerment, strengthen communities, shape policies, and create a platform for Africa’s youth as a positive force for national change.

Uchechi Asiegbu, MD, FNP- BC, PMHNP is a seasoned health practitioner and the Medical Director and CEO of the Kindcare Primary Care Practice. She provides effective leadership and support to several medical staff professionals for consistent top-notch clinical and non-clinical protocols.
