What is GraceLink Foundation?

GraceLink Foundation is a non-profit organisation committed to raising empowered leaders, fostering meaningful mentorship, activating youth potential, and strengthening communities. We do this through structured, intentional programmes designed to invest in people and produce lasting, generational change.

We support vulnerable communities by providing access to education, food, healthcare, clean water, environmental protection, and emergency relief. Our goal is to create sustainable, long-term impact.

We run programmes across four core areas: Leadership Training, Mentorship, Youth Empowerment, and Community Development. Within each pillar there are multiple offerings suited to different ages, goals, and contexts. Visit our ‘What We Do’ page for the full list.

Each programme has its own application process outlined on its page. Generally, you complete an online application form and our team reviews and responds within 5–7 business days. Some programmes include an interview or orientation step before enrolment is confirmed.

We use a careful, structured matching process based on goals, background, personality, and professional area. Once matched, both mentor and mentee receive an orientation and ongoing support. A check-in process ensures the match is working well for both parties.

Mentors commit to a 6-month relationship, meeting with their mentee at least twice monthly. They attend mandatory GraceLink Mentor Training before being matched. Mentors are expected to be consistent, honest, encouraging, and genuinely present — the relationship is the programme.

Absolutely. Many of our programme graduates go on to become mentors. Sharing what you have learned with others is one of the most powerful ways to continue your own growth.
