The Young Emerging Leaders Initiative (YELI) is Gracelink Foundation’s school outreach program, bringing leadership training, inspiration, and mentorship to young people.
We go to them. We train them. We stay with them through monthly YELI Support Groups that keep the momentum alive long after the outreach ends.
Because one visit can change a trajectory. A great leader changes a generation.
Thousands of young people in schools have the talent to lead; they just haven’t been given the room. YELI takes leadership education, mentorship, and opportunity directly to them.
